Just an FYI, I’m writing this about 4 weeks into my grow, so I apologize if I use past-tense verbs, etc. It has taken me a bit to get my blog / WordPress site up and running, as I wanted to customize some of the posts with various fields and layouts.
Sometimes, reading too much on the internet and over-google-ing can be a bad thing. As I think back, this is probably the case here.
I had been reading so much on watering, over watering and under watering, and specifically not knowing how much water to give a newly transplanted clone. I think I panicked and probably over-watered. I noticed the leaves seemed dry and I just leaned towards over-watering. I also misted them under the LED light, which I’ve read is a no-no, since the water droplets can amplify the light intensity it receives. Another factor on the dryness is probably that I had my light too close as well.
Watering
Morning: 5 cups of filtered water per plant.
Evening: 2 cups of filtered water per plant.
Observations
One plants appears to be doing OK and appears “perky”. The other has this droop that has led me to believe they need more water.
